Working Centres for the "Miter-Folding" series "STM"
The working centre for the "Miter-Folding" technology series "STM" with mobile head has been designed to perform precision "V" cuts both longitudinal and transversal on panels, coated with PVC or even with unfolded materials that require the application of adhesive tape.
It is an high flexibility machine, used for the production of small and medium quantities of furniture, Hi-Fi speaker cabinets, drawers, wall units and other parts assembled with the "Miter-Folding" system.
The "STM" can be supplied with a working capacity of 1500, 2400 and 3000 mm, as well as with a workpiece positioning capacity of 2700, 3300 and 3900 mm, as required customer production.
Features
The entire operating logic is controlled by a multi-axis numerical control with a continuous path of the CNI type with integrated PLC. Programming takes place in a simplified way, by entering the dimensions of the piece, with visualization of the functions on video, dimensions and type of grooves.
The heads of the tools installed on the work carriage are equipped with automatic vertical release and automatic return to the work starting point, which can be of the following types: "2c" for 90-degree "V" cuts, with two circular blades; "2cr" for "V" cuts with adjustable angle from 30 to 90 degrees, with two circular blades; "t" to cut or mill; Vertical "p" axis, also for milling and blind milling; Vertical axis "pxz" spindle with pneumatic vertical release, for making circular and rectangular pockets; “5f2” boring machine with 5 independent vertical spindles + 2 horizontal ones.
